Work Environment\n

This position allows for a remote work setting, reflecting our commitment to flexible telehealth services. Although you will primarily work from home, you will be a vital part of a driven and inclusive team that collaborates to provide comprehensive care. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient schedules. We also offer a sign-on bonus to celebrate your joining our mission.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify each patient’s needs and experiences, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient cases, considering their cultural contexts and personal backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to address a variety of mental health concerns and promote resilience.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure integrated treatment approaches for patient care.

• Provide support during mental health crises, utilizing your crisis intervention skills to help patients navigate acute situations effectively.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and community resources available for ongoing support.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in team meetings, cultural competency training, and case consultation to ensure continual professional development and teamwork.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience in culturally responsive therapy, especially in delivering individual and group services.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with the ability to stay composed during challenging situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building with diverse clients.

• Proficiency in the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and affiliated technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
