Work Environment\n

The position is remote, allowing for flexibility while working within our structured outpatient psychiatric service. Providing care in a remote setting means utilizing digital tools and platforms to conduct therapy sessions, which enables us to reach patients in various geographical locations who may otherwise have limited access to mental health services. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility based on patient demands and availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that focus on common mental health issues, helping clients build connections and a sense of community.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services to assist patients during mental health emergencies effectively.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local community resources.

• Maintain detailed and confidential patient documentation in compliance with applicable legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities to refine skills and share knowledge.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy to continually enhance the efficacy of our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Therapists will engage with a diverse clientele ranging across various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socio-economic statuses. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• Robust understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic methodologies.

• Proven ability to perform comprehensive assessments and effectively develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy to varied populations.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital communication tools.

• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work harmoniously within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community health setting or outpatient mental health practice is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
