Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique psychological needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions and, where appropriate, provide family, couples, and group therapy sessions based on your expertise.

• Execute comprehensive mental health screenings and assessments to accurately identify treatment requirements.
\n
• Contribute to the development of therapeutic resources and documentation utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to discuss client progress and modify treatment approaches when necessary.

• Maintain appropriate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to enhance the services provided at our clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of professional experience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, particularly those with co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $100,000 and $105,000 annually.
