Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' specific mental health needs, ensuring the development of tailored and effective treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, integrating various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals to create a coordinated care experience, including timely follow-ups and communication to enhance client outcomes.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, employing your clinical expertise with empathy and understanding.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma while educating the community on available mental health resources and services.

Qualifications\n

• A current, independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Completion of a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build effective therapeutic relationships with clients from various walks of life.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, exhibiting sensitivity and understanding while working with individuals from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping and documentation of client progress.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in working with diverse populations and presenting mental health issues, particularly in community mental health settings.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance documentation accuracy and efficiency in client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
