Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client evaluations, including assessments and screenings, to understand their substance abuse history, mental health status, and treatment needs.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that address both addiction and concurrent mental health issues, incorporating client involvement and feedback.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions using scientifically supported therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI).

• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care and integrated support for each client's recovery journey.

• Educate and engage clients' family members, promoting their involvement and understanding of the recovery process to foster a supportive network.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in adherence to HIPAA and ethical standards, reflecting client progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n
