Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, allowing for the creation of personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods and practices, providing individual, group, and family therapy to effectively address a diverse array of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with colleagues, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate care that encompasses all dimensions of a client's well-being.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, drawing from your clinical expertise to offer compassionate and effective support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services cater to a wide range of clients, from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges. This includes but is not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. A key focus of this role will be to support clients from diverse cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds while enhancing your own cultural competence in working with varied populations.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as one of the following: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish a therapeutic rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, showing sensitivity in understanding and addressing the unique needs of individuals from diverse communities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
