Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists primarily of adults facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and stress management. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals from varying backgrounds, utilizing your skills to support their journey toward healing and self-discovery.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and active license, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychoanalyst.

• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills that promote effective therapist-client relationships.

• Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach in all client interactions.

• Show solid organizational and time-management skills to manage a full caseload efficiently.

• Have no history of disciplinary actions on professional licensure boards.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience as a licensed mental health therapist is required, candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care or experience in community health settings will be especially valued.
