Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• An active, independent license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.

• A compassionate and non-judgmental attitude, demonstrating empathy for clients’ situations.
\n
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a caseload.

• No history of disciplinary actions on professional licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required, candidates with experience in teletherapy and crisis intervention will have a competitive advantage. Experience in working with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams is also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
