Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and craft tailored treatment strategies.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans consistent with evidence-based practices that align with each client's unique goals.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based methodologies.

• Engage clients in virtual therapy sessions using teletherapy platforms, ensuring accessibility, confidentiality, and adherence to telehealth guidelines.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, utilizing de-escalation techniques and developing safety plans for high-risk clients.

• Participate in regular professional development sessions, webinars, and workshops to stay current with the latest mental health research and integrate new techniques into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work primarily with adult clients, encompassing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively while minimizing administrative burdens.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional license.
