Work Environment\n

Our work setting is primarily remote, allowing for a balance between professional responsibilities and personal commitments. Although most interactions occur online, our outpatient office remains open Monday through Saturday, providing additional support and resources for our clinical team. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, with the expectation of committing between 10 to 40 hours per week, depending on your availability and client demand. Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be tasked with performing a variety of clinical responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, and families, ensuring that care is tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address a wide range of mental health concerns and support the development of individualized service plans.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive treatment plans are established and maintained, involving regular communication and documentation during patient rounds and meetings.

• Managing casework for assigned patients, which involves engaging with hospital and community resources to coordinate care effectively.

• Maintaining accurate and ethical documentation practices to support treatment outcomes and adhere to departmental standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
