Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized tools and diagnostics.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques in individual and group therapy sessions.

• Continuously monitor and track client progress, revising treatment plans as required based on their evolving needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and support in urgent situations, ensuring clients receive immediate and effective care.

• Maintain meticulous, accurate, and confidential client documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with other professionals in a multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, engaging in regular case discussions and treatment planning meetings.

• Stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health treatments and best practices through ongoing education and research.

• Engage in regular supervision and training sessions to continuously enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

• Adhere rigorously to ethical guidelines and professional standards set by relevant licensing boards and the American Psychological Association (APA).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing various degrees of mental illness, such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and substance use disorders. You will play a pivotal role in assessing clients' needs, developing strategies to address psychosis and agitation, and providing crisis management for those at risk of self-harm or harm to others. By adopting a personalized approach to therapy, you will significantly contribute to improving the quality of life for your clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
