Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver effective individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the distinct needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to track client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

• Create and update individualized treatment plans that address the psychological and emotional needs of clients, ensuring progress is monitored and incremental goals are set.

• Engage actively in multi-disciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and provide insights that contribute positively to the overall treatment objectives for clients.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques that emphasize relational and interpersonal dynamics, particularly focusing on families, marriages, and couples.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele includes individuals dealing with substance abuse and various co-occurring mental health disorders. Clients span a wide demographic and may include adults, adolescents, couples, and families, each presenting unique challenges that require tailored therapeutic approaches. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Licensure: A current and valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential. Clinical Psychologists with a PsyD are also welcome to apply.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
