Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of client needs, assessing mental health conditions to formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to meet individual goals.

• Deliver therapy services utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, in both individual and group settings.

• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to ensure a cohesive multi-faceted approach to client care, always prioritizing holistic well-being.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and develop safety plans for clients experiencing acute distress, demonstrating a calm and compassionate approach.

• Engage in community outreach programs aimed at raising awareness of mental health resources available, alongside educational initiatives that work to reduce stigma.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice caters to a diverse clientele, including individuals from various ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will encounter patients facing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship challenges. As a Mental Health Therapist, your ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust will be fundamental in guiding them through their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as one of the following: \n

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

  • Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)
  \n

• A master's or doctoral degree in a related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for genuine connections with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence to effectively interact and understand the unique perspectives of individuals from varying ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills that facilitate timely and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
