Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to identify patients' trauma histories and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Utilize established therapeutic methodologies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate effective healing experiences for patients.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions that empower patients to process their trauma and cultivate coping mechanisms.

• Engage in collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and holistic treatment approach for all patients.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies or mental health crises.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
