Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients’ trauma histories and psychological needs, ensuring accurate understanding for treatment planning.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, leveraging evidence-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to discuss their experiences, develop coping skills, and work through traumatic events.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care strategies tailored to each patient's needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in need during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring a rapid response to their mental health needs.

• Educate clients and their family members about trauma responses, available resources, and beneficial coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Arizona.

• A solid understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits\n
