Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, identifying immediate support needs and developing tailored intervention strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at our center, you will serve a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess an active LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW license issued by the State of Washington.

• The ideal candidate should be open to flexible work hours, with a commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week, depending on their availability and patient load.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a counseling capacity is required to ensure competency and confidence in the therapeutic setting.

While the minimum experience required is two years, candidates with a background utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, particularly in outpatient settings, will be highly valued. Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and educational background.
