Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. As a member of our telehealth team, you will leverage technology to engage with clients through virtual sessions. You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule within the structured workweek of Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental and emotional health to identify their needs and challenges.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and coping strategies tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.

• Facilitate regular sessions with clients, providing a safe space for discussing their experiences and concerns.

• Educate patients and their families on coping mechanisms related to stress and trauma, fostering resilience.
\n
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring the best possible outcomes.

• Coordinate with medical professionals, social services, and community resources to support patients in accessing comprehensive care.

• Participate in continuing education and training to enhance clinical skills and maintain National Certified Counselor certification.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with patients who have experienced trauma, including those with emotional disturbances resulting from various incidents such as accidents, abuse, or loss. Your role will involve not only diagnosing conditions but also employing therapeutic interventions to help patients regain control of their lives. With a focus on trauma-informed care, you will enable your clients to build resilience and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current and valid Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working with trauma patients.
\n
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting purposes.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster patient relationships and collaboration with colleagues.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems to streamline patient management processes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
