This position is designed for remote work, allowing mental health professionals the flexibility to provide care from a location that best suits them. While most of our operations occur online, you will be integrated into our collaborative team environment through regular virtual meetings and interactions with colleagues, ensuring a strong sense of community despite the geographical distance. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility built into scheduling to accommodate the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain a deep understanding of patients' backgrounds and develop individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances, employing methodologies that are respectful of cultural variations.

• Facilitate individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions, focusing on promoting mental wellness, resilience, and coping strategies for diverse patient populations.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring prompt and effective responses to urgent situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of Florida.

• A solid understanding of mental health disorders and the application of evidence-based treatment approaches, coupled with a commitment to cultural competency.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy, particularly with culturally responsive methodologies.
