Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients of all ages, including individuals, adolescents, and families, to identify their needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Provide graduate-level clinical interventions tailored to client requirements, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities.

• Engage in interdisciplinary communication regarding patient assessments, treatment strategies, and collaborative care plans through documentation and regular meetings like patient rounds.

• Ensure ethical and timely completion of clinical documentation, adhering to department standards and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Manage a caseload of patients by offering case management services that connect clients with essential community resources and support systems.

• Develop individualized service plans in collaboration with clients and their families, fostering their commitment to their mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position involves working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals with varying mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor in Illinois (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW).

• Education requirements include a Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, between 10 to 40 hours per week, accommodating client needs.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, demonstrating competence in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and professional credentials.
