This role operates within a remote setting that offers the advantage of flexible scheduling. Our office is open Monday through Saturday, allowing our therapists the ability to manage their workloads efficiently while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We offer in-house credentialing and take care of your insurance participation, enabling you to focus on delivering care to our clients without administrative burdens.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, tailoring interventions based on their unique needs and circumstances.

• Perform initial evaluations and triage care, ensuring appropriate and timely interventions for clients in need.

• Document assessments and treatment plans meticulously, keeping all team members informed through regular meetings and updates.

• Provide case management and collaborate with healthcare professionals, community programs, and triage teams to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices, to help clients meet their therapeutic goals.

• Ensure timely and ethical completion of documentation as mandated, maintaining compliance with health guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid state license as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Ability to work flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 sessions per week based on client needs.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is needed to ensure that candidates are well-prepared to handle various therapeutic scenarios.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is two years of clinical experience, candidates with a background in outpatient therapy settings or those who have performed case management in collaboration with external agencies will be viewed favorably. Experience utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT or DBT, and knowledge of working with diverse populations will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
