Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups. This may include evaluating mental health symptoms and social factors impacting client well-being.

• Engage in the initial assessment of patients and their families, determining appropriate triage and care pathways based on assessed needs.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams by documenting treatment plans and participating in patient rounds and meetings.

• Manage a caseload of clients through ongoing case management, ensuring that they receive holistic care while facilitating connections with community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Zenea Care, you will work with a varied patient demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. Our clients seek support ranging from anxiety and depression to complex trauma and life transitions. You will play a critical role in assisting them on their journey towards recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A valid mental health licensure to practice in Illinois as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• An ability to commit to a workload of 10 to 40 clients per week, with flexibility to adjust hours to meet client needs.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in direct patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, contingent on experience and qualifications.
