Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to accurately determine the mental health needs of clients, leading to the formulation of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others to provide impactful therapy services to individuals, couples, and groups.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals such as case managers, psychiatrists, and support staff to ensure coordinated and holistic care approaches.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute distress, employing your therapeutic skills to de-escalate situations effectively.

• Engage in community outreach efforts to cultivate an understanding of mental health-related issues and reduce stigma surrounding these challenges within our community.

Qualifications\n

• Valid, independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and form therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity, essential for working effectively with clients from various backgrounds and experiences.

Compensation and Benefits\n
