Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, identifying areas for intervention and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to deliver effective counseling to individuals, families, and group settings.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, providing immediate support to clients in acute distress, ensuring their safety and guiding them towards de-escalation.

Qualifications\n
