Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status through detailed evaluations and discussions.

• Therapeutic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address specific mental health issues.

• Ongoing Support: Provide regular follow-up sessions, monitoring clients’ progress, adjusting therapeutic plans as necessary, and equipping them with coping strategies and tools for improved mental well-being.

• Care Coordination: Make referrals to other healthcare providers such as psychiatrists or specialized programs, ensuring a holistic approach to the client's mental health care.

• Crisis Intervention: Respond effectively to clients in crisis, employing strong crisis intervention tactics to stabilize situations while providing empathetic support.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our EHR systems, adhering to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals experiencing a vast array of mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance abuse disorders, and eating disorders. You will work with a diverse clientele, requiring cultural competence and a tailored approach to care that honors individual backgrounds and experiences. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, providing compassionate and personalized support.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• A solid understanding of mental health disorders and best practices in evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proficiency in using EHR systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms is an asset.

• The ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical standards in clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
