Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (Ph.D./Psy.D.).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is essential.

• Proven ability to engage empathetically with patients and possess excellent communication skills to build rapport in a virtual setting.

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices, therapeutic modalities, and brief therapy models that are effective in the telehealth context.

• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a varied caseload and meet the dynamic demands of a busy telehealth environment.
