Work Environment\n

This position operates in a fully remote setting, utilizing telehealth technology to reach patients effectively. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential for evening shifts based on the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments of patients to identify their treatment needs and establish clear and achievable goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques, tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions, utilizing methodologies such as motivational interviewing (MI) and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to facilitate meaningful patient engagement and development.

• Lead group therapy sessions that provide peer support and promote accountability among individuals undergoing similar recovery journeys.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, addiction medicine specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide a coordinated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and timely support during substance-related emergencies, ensuring safety and stability for patients in distress.

• Educate patients and their families on addiction recovery strategies, available resources, and pathways to continued support.

• Maintain precise and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance documentation accuracy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client focus will be individuals experiencing substance use disorders, ranging from early recovery clients to those in more advanced stages of treatment. Qualifications\n

• A recognized Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or Psychologist.

• Demonstrated knowledge of substance use disorders, effective treatment modalities, and recovery-focused care principles.

• Experience conducting individual and group therapy sessions, particularly in the context of addiction treatment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to patient interactions.

• Proven ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical practices while ensuring patient confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 - 120,000 annually.
