Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and maintain accurate records, including clinical service reports and mental health treatment documentation, adhering to the highest professional and ethical standards.

• Provide consultation services to institutional staff, collaborating with screening committees and psychiatric personnel to discuss mental status evaluations and effective management strategies for clients.
\n
• Engage actively in staff meetings and in-service training programs, contributing insights for program development and specialized clinical services.
\n
• Participate in the organization's Quality Improvement program, ensuring accountability for all services provided and the timely documentation of clinical activities.

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and diagnostic evaluations to a diverse clientele, tailoring approaches to meet each client's unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals from various backgrounds, many of whom encounter complex mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide support that empowers them in their journey to recovery.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California, along with familiarity with the latest supervision guidelines.

• At least two (2) years of professional experience in crisis management and mental health services delivery.
\n
• Solid foundation in mental health counseling techniques, individual and group therapy, psychological assessments, and diagnoses of mental disorders.

Preferred Experience\n

Additional experience in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse treatment, or child and adolescent therapy will be considered advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms can also enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
