Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Referral of clients to other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, when appropriate for medication management or specialized care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will include a diverse array of clients, from those struggling with anxiety and depression to individuals dealing with substance use disorders and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
\n
• A minimum of two years of related clinical experience.

• A solid understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods.

• Experience in providing therapy using culturally responsive practices.

• Strong crisis intervention capabilities and the ability to remain composed in stressful situations.

• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to develop rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Your compensation package will also include:
