Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and needs. This includes understanding their personal histories, current challenges, and aspirations for therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with the findings from assessments and clients’ therapeutic goals. Regularly review and adjust these plans based on ongoing evaluation and client feedback.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing established evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Monitor and document clients' progress through therapy, utilizing clinical notes, progress reports, and outcome measures to ensure the effectiveness of treatment.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and case managers, to ensure clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and facilitate their access to necessary mental health services and community resources, ensuring their needs are met holistically.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards of practice as guided by state licensing boards and relevant professional organizations.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals experiencing mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and related challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
