Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide exemplary mental health services through evidence-based practices in individual, group, and family therapy settings.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and regularly attend treatment planning meetings for ongoing evaluation.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups, helping clients understand their conditions and learn coping strategies in a supportive environment.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess patients’ discharge planning needs and readiness, ensuring a smooth transition out of care.

• Perform timely follow-up assessments post-discharge to evaluate and support clients’ ongoing mental health needs.

• Monitor and assess the safety of clients and their environments, reporting any significant changes or potential risks to appropriate parties promptly.

• Ensure that all documentation, including assessments and group notes, is completed accurately and submitted in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
