Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health concerns, leveraging appropriate diagnostic tools and methodologies.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities customized to meet client-specific needs.

• Provide both in-person and teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility to those who may have mobility challenges or prefer virtual care.

• Collaborate with clients to set clear and achievable therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring their progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation regarding client interactions, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in New York.

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field; a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to understanding clients’ personal experiences.
