Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments and collaborate on individualized treatment planning tailored to clients’ unique mental health needs.

• Consult on behavioral guidelines, crisis plans, risk assessments, and pharmaceutical treatment plans to ensure high-quality care.

• Timely completion of all necessary documentation in compliance with regulatory standards is vital for maintaining our operational integrity.

• Implement and advocate for evidence-based screening techniques as recommended by our clinical team.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to design and execute positive behavior support initiatives for clients across various programs.
