Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans integrating evidence-based practices.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other validated techniques to facilitate clients' progress.

• Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations such as HIPAA while managing sensitive patient information.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, engaging in case consultations to optimize client care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources in the community to empower informed decision-making.

• Contribute to case reviews, peer consultations, and quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficacy of our services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
