Regular business hours are complemented by occasional evening shifts to accommodate our clients’ schedules, allowing for extensive coverage and availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans that respect their individual journeys.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, families, and groups, employing diverse methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies.

• Collaboratively engage with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health care professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic treatment approach for each client.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to support clients experiencing acute mental distress, ensuring they receive immediate and compassionate care.

• Participate in community outreach and educational programs that promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage individuals to seek help.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational policies, utilizing electronic health record systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential to qualify for this role.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
