Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations, employing effective diagnostic criteria to identify clients' mental health needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are responsive to clients' specific circumstances, utilizing evidence-based therapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or solution-focused therapy.
\n
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, providing a safe and therapeutic space for clients to explore their challenges and develop coping strategies.
\n
• Engage in regular consultation with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care that addresses the comprehensive needs of each client.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients facing acute distress, using your clinical acumen and empathy to guide them to safety and support.
\n
• Participate actively in community outreach efforts to increase mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and support preventive initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and active license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Hold a master's degree or doctorate in a relevant field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills that foster effective communication and build rapport with clients.

• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and an ability to work with a diverse clientele while maintaining effective therapy rapport.

• Possess strong organizational skills, ensuring timely and accurate clinical documentation and compliance with all regulatory standards.
