Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, understanding their severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that prioritize their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist clients in managing mood disorders.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families, helping them understand mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required to enhance effectiveness.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Stay informed on the latest research and treatment methodologies in the field of mood disorders to apply innovative and effective approaches.

• Maintain accurate and legally compliant documentation of all client sessions and treatment activities to uphold the highest standards of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• You must hold a current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Expertise and practical experience in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), are essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, starting between USD 80,000 and $100,000 annually, reflective of experience and expertise.
