Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including their severity, frequency, and impact on daily functioning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clients’ unique goals, preferences, and needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, focusing on techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support therapeutic outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to empower them on their recovery journey.

• Regularly monitor clients’ progress through therapeutic sessions, promptly adjusting treatment plans to optimize outcomes and address emerging needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated care approach, facilitating referrals and coordination of services as needed.

• Stay informed of the latest research in mental health treatment methodologies, specifically related to mood disorders, to enhance service delivery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation for each client, adhering to all ethical and legal standards, to ensure high-quality care provision.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
