Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to understand their unique needs.

• Complete all required documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, within specified deadlines to ensure seamless patient care.

• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention strategies to support patients in maintaining stability and wellness.

• Create comprehensive discharge plans tailored to each patient’s journey, ensuring a smooth transition to post-therapy support.

• Adhere to all applicable federal and state regulations, NEHS policies, and best practices to maintain compliance and uphold the highest standards of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to enhance your therapy skills and knowledge.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to collaborate on complex cases and share insights.

• Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory training to remain in good standing with the appropriate regulatory bodies.
