Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and systematic assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, formulate pertinent clinical diagnoses, and devise comprehensive treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide individual, group, and family therapy, customizing approaches based on each client’s unique situation and goals.

• Facilitate crisis intervention protocols and support for clients during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate attention and guidance in critical situations.

• Manage accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results according to ethical practices and legal requirements.

• Engage in collaborative case management with a variety of healthcare professionals to create a holistic care experience for our clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatments, and community resources aimed at further support, while advocating for the client’s needs and rights.

• Pursue continuous educational opportunities, attending workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, ranging from individuals coping with anxiety and depression to families navigating complex relational dynamics. Clients might face a variety of challenges including trauma, grief, adjustment issues, and other mental health disorders. Your ability to connect and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds will be essential in facilitating their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active license as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related discipline is required.

• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment skills, with a keen ability to formulate insightful and accurate diagnoses.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
