Key Responsibilities\n

You will engage with a varied clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and addiction issues. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as one of the following: LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid understanding of various mental health disorders.

• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and a strong commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, able to demonstrate calmness and clarity in challenging emotional situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
