Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality mental health counseling through video chat sessions, maintaining professionalism and ethical standards.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans for each client, ensuring ongoing evaluation of their mental health journey.

• Empower clients by helping them develop vital coping strategies, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills, alongside their personal recovery goals.

• Maintain accurate records while managing minimal paperwork, leveraging our easy-to-use counseling platform to enhance workflow and client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary client base will consist of stable, low-acuity adults seeking guidance and support to navigate everyday mental health challenges. You will work with a diverse range of individuals, each with their own unique backgrounds and circumstances, reinforcing the value of empathy and personalized care.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure in the state of Maryland, with independent status (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C, or PsyD).

• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions on your license.
\n
• Strong skills in interpersonal communication, alongside adequate computer literacy to effectively use telehealth systems.

• Reliable internet connection to ensure seamless video counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with low-acuity mental health clients is highly desirable, but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
