Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, including their history, current status, and specific goals.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect clients' individual objectives and are grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for adult clients through virtual platforms, employing solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and other therapeutic modalities.

• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, helping clients navigate acute emotional distress or situational crises.

• Engage in lifelong learning and professional development opportunities to maintain and enhance your skills in line with the evolving mental health landscape.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrable excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport and trust with clients.

• A compassionate, empathetic demeanor and a non-judgmental stance towards clients' experiences.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle a dynamic caseload effectively.

• A clean professional history with no disciplinary actions on record.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth delivery of mental health services is highly desirable.
