Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver ethical and empathetic counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and experiences.

• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to address individual client needs.

• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that outline clear therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client’s circumstances.

• Assist clients in cultivating insights into their thoughts, emotions, and relationships to foster personal growth and emotional resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice primarily serves stable, low-acuity adults who present with an array of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues. You will play a critical role in guiding these individuals through their therapeutic journeys, helping them develop skills necessary for improved emotional health and stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Valid, independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is required.

• Demonstrated ability to practice without supervision alongside adherence to ethical standards.

• No limited or provisional licenses; no history of disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to empathize with clients.

• Strong digital literacy and proficiency in telehealth technologies.
