Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing both pre-crisis and crisis situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a wide range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including emotional disturbances, substance use issues, and developmental and cognitive impairments. Your expertise will facilitate individualized interventions aimed at nurturing strong mental health and stability, working closely with clients to steer them towards recovery and a renewed sense of ownership over their lives.
