This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home in Goodyear, Arizona, or anywhere within the state. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth, applying therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and care continuity.

• Engage in regular case consultations and collaborative discussions with peers to enhance treatment strategies and outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, coping mechanisms, and available resources to empower their recovery journey.

• Stay abreast of the latest research, clinical practices, and digital tools in mental health counseling to continually improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at More To Say, Ltd, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Our focus is on providing compassionate, empathetic support and evidence-based treatments that are specifically tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Active licensure in Arizona as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
\n
• Demonstrated experience with solution-oriented interventions and diverse psychotherapy techniques, with a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trusting relationships with clients and team members.
\n
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to provide effective, individualized care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a telehealth setting is preferred but not required, as we provide training on digital tools and best practices for remote counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience.
