Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and detailed mental health evaluations to understand the clients' concerns and treatment needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that take into account individual, couple, and family dynamics to foster effective recovery.

• Facilitate engaging and meaningful individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Monitor clients’ progress throughout the treatment process, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Coordinate referrals and follow up with medical professionals regarding clients who may require additional support or hospitalization.

• Assist families and primary caregivers in managing complex mental health challenges, providing guidance and resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will serve a diverse client base, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and other mental health disorders. Your role will be pivotal in guiding these individuals towards recovery and improved well-being, while also addressing familial dynamics that impact mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills, crucial for effective patient interaction and documentation.

• Proficient with telehealth technology and electronic health record systems, ensuring efficient patient management and data handling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, accompanied by a sign-on bonus.
