Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own space while working from our outpatient office as needed. Your typical work schedule will be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, although some flexibility may be required to accommodate the needs of our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client's unique situation and formulate effective, personalized treatment plans utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapies.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to guide clients through their healing processes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to ensure data security and client privacy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and psychiatric nurses, to ensure holistic and effective client care.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and community resources available for ongoing support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

A deep understanding of trauma-informed care and cultural competency is essential to build rapport and create effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey is essential.
