This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, utilizing telehealth technologies to connect with clients. Your work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, although some flexibility may be required based on the availability and needs of clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using standardized measures and evidence-based practices to identify the unique needs of each client and create personalized treatment plans.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques as needed to resonate with each client's goals.

• Maintain precise and confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress, complying with HIPAA and other legal requirements to uphold privacy standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists and psychologists—participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously refine care strategies.

Qualifications\n
