Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to identify mental health issues, facilitating effective and personalized treatment plans for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid license: either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling with a profound understanding of evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to forge strong therapeutic alliances with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Hands-on experience working in a telehealth environment is considered a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in specific therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care, is highly desirable.
