Key Responsibilities\n

• Employ evidence-based mental health therapy techniques and interventions to deliver effective treatment to individuals, couples, and families experiencing diverse emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate client needs, crafting individualized treatment plans aligned with therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to share their experiences and work through challenges.

• Develop and manage discharge plans for clients, ensuring they receive the appropriate follow-up services and adjustments to their treatment as needed.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy services rendered, ensuring compliance with facility standards and applicable regulations.

• Uphold a manageable caseload that allows for thorough, dedicated attention to each client.

• Participate in regular treatment team meetings, collaborating with fellow clinicians and support staff to coordinate holistic care for each patient.

• Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in all client interactions, promptly addressing and resolving any concerns to ensure patient satisfaction and safety.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain knowledge of best practices in mental health therapy.

• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by management to meet the needs of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse client demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will address a range of issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex behavioral disorders, using a tailored, client-centered approach. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a mental health professional, specifically as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated competence in working with adolescents, adults, and families; experience across the lifespan is highly valued.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, particularly within outpatient settings, is preferred. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques will enhance your contribution to our team. Experience in utilizing telehealth platforms and tools is beneficial as we operate in a hybrid service model.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits package includes:
